Site chat Early access
Add Laya to your site. Let visitors ask your archive anything.
Visitors ask in plain words. Laya answers only from your own pages, and shows where she found it.
Illustration with a made-up local history site.
How it works
Three steps, then she just answers.
Install the plugin
More
A WordPress plugin or a Joomla module adds the chat panel to the side of your pages. You pick the colours, the title and the welcome line.
Laya reads your site
More
She reads your articles, forum posts, records and picture captions, and keeps up as new posts go in. Private messages and member emails are never read.
Visitors ask in plain words
More
Every answer links to the pages it came from. If it isn't on your site, she says so instead of guessing, and she won't chat about anything else.
Bonus
See what your visitors are looking for.
Your owner page lists the questions Laya couldn't answer. That's your to-do list for new articles, scans and records.
- Lifeboat crew list, 1920s 14 asks
- Who built the old mill? 9 asks
- School photos before 1950 7 asks
- Where was the first chapel? 5 asks

Questions
Good to know
Where does my data go?
Nowhere new. Laya and her search index live on your own server, next to your site. Only the few passages needed for each answer are sent to the AI model you choose.
What if she gets something wrong?
She answers only from your pages and links every source, so visitors can check. If your site doesn't cover it, she says so. You can see every question on your owner page.
What if my site gets busy?
There is a daily question limit on free models so nothing runs away. For busy sites, add your own AI key and set your own limit.
Which sites does it work with?
WordPress and Joomla out of the box, including their forums. Other sites can be read from their sitemap; ask us.
Can it do other jobs too?
Site chat Laya only answers questions about your site. If you want her building sites, videos and more, see full PureAI.
