Email, invites and reminders

Laya drafts the email, calendar invite (.ics) or reminder and shows you a card. It only sends when you tap Send. Uses your own email account.

Bookings Early access

Fills in booking pages

A headless browser goes through the booking page one step at a time. The final Book or Pay button is held back in code until you tap. Laya stops at card details, captchas and passwords, and never pays.

Laya reads how a website, desktop app or Android app is built, inside a throwaway container. It's off until you switch it on, and only for apps you own or are allowed to inspect.

Memory lives on your own server, not in an outside memory service. Finding old chats is a plain search of your own data, so it costs no model calls.

One timeline for every channel

Telegram, web chat, voice notes and the phone line share one history, kept for 90 days. Earlier chats that match a new message are added to Laya's prompt.

Live job state

Each job's steps, results and approvals are kept for 7 days, so Laya can answer "how's it going?" about any job.

3 · Facts

Learned without being asked

After a chat goes quiet, one pass on a free model saves lasting facts about you and your clients, and replaces ones that changed. They show on the Memory page, marked new until you tick them.

4 · Skills

Fixes become skills

When a build is repaired, what fixed it is saved as a skill and picked for later briefs that match. You can see and remove them on the Skills page.

5 · Brand rules

Per-client rules

Colours, fonts and tone for each client go into every plan for that client.

Safety

No secrets kept

Lines that look like a password, key or card number are refused and never shown. Everything stays in your own backups.
